Enjoy Isla Presidente
It is a beautiful beach located in the continental zone with a turquoise sea (depends on how sunny the day is) and incredible calm waves to enjoy with the family without crossing to Isla Mujeres.
What adventurers must know?
The transfer time from the boat to the chosen adventure is counted as part of the contracted time, so the transfer time back to the marina must be considered as part of the total time of the contracted adventure.
If the adventure begins in Isla Mujeres, one hour must be deducted from the total contracted for the transfer of the boat.
The extra hour costs $200 and it will have to be validated with the captain if it is possible to extend the adventure or not. (due to another scheduled adventures).
The rental of barbecue for the yacht is an extra and has a cost of 100 dollars.
The fee for use of the pier is 10 dollars or 200 pesos, only children under 3 years old do not pay.
Boarding from any marina other than AquaTours within the Nichupté lagoon has a cost of 100 usd.
The refund or reschedule of the adventure can only be given if the port captaincy closes the navigation.
If you require an invoice, an additional 16% corresponding to VAT will be charged.
If you pay by credit card or clip transfer an additional 8% will be charged and payment is required 48 hours before the adventure date.
If you pay with PayPal an additional 5.5% will be charged.
If you make payment by transfer, there is no service charge.
The dollar exchange rate is taken at 18 Mexican pesos.
Crew gratuity not included (10% to 20% suggested according to service satisfaction).
KEEP IN MIND
To make your ride more comfortable we recommend you to bring the following:
- Moskito repellent.
- Sunblock.
- Change of clothes.
- Hat or cap for the sun.
- Bathing suit.
- Sunglasses.
We provide everything else in the yacht:
- Towels.
- Snorkel equipment, Inflatables & paddle boards.
- Food and beverages.
In preparation for your trip:
- Arrange to arrive at least 15 minutes boarding. Hotel concierge will let you know at what time you will need to depart.
- If you like the service, a gratuity around 15% - 20% is highly appreciated by the crew. It is a common practice, but it is entirely up to you 🙂
- If needed, for sea sickness you may take a medicine like Dramamine. Any medication administration is entirely your responsibility.
